Andover Second Sundays Trader Process and Terms & Conditions

Second Sundays Andover is operated by Test Valley Borough Council.

Application Procedure

1. Traders who apply for Second Sundays Andover are not guaranteed a place. The success of your application will be based on best fit for the event, inline with our selection criteria, and consideration of how your stand will complement other traders.

2. Successful applicants will be notified and added to our list of registered Second Sundays traders. You will be able to register your interest for forthcoming market dates and will receive a confirmation email from the event organisers with a secure link to book and pay your deposit for each confirmed event.

3. We have curated a carefully selected roster of traders that will trade in rotation as this gives flexibility to the traders that may have other commitments and provides the ability to forward plan for the year.

4. The event organisers reserve the right to refuse and review applications, or cancel bookings (in which case any deposit paid shall be refunded) at anytime.

Booking Deposit

5. Each event requires a £50 deposit to secure your booking, paid in advance. This amount is refunded within 14 days of the event, minus the 15% pitch fee.

6. Within your confirmation email you will find a secure link to an event page in Pitchbooking.com. Your deposit payment must be made via this link, using a credit or debit card.

18. In the event that a trader fails to give adequate notice for cancellation, and a suitable replacement cannot be found, the deposit will be deemed non-refundable.

19. If an event is cancelled or postponed by the event organiser, all traders will be offered the opportunity to transfer their booking to the NEXT AVAILABLE EVENT. 20. Upon cancellation or postponement, traders will be contacted via email with the next available event date and a deadline to which they must respond with their chosen option, deposit refund or transfer.
